“Beds were ok but not as comfortable as other hotels especially the pillows. The steal house restaurant should be open when the horses are running. Customers have no place to go for a decent meal Very disappointed in food selection.”

“One of the exit doors didn't open, no water in the pool and the elevator make noise when you come down scared my wife. Understand they had we're going on in the hotel to make it better.”

“Seems like they need to work on the property more. There is a lot of things not working and apparently there are a lot of homeless that hang around there too. Maybe they need to get security.”

“It is on the frontage road so highway noise is significant. The exterior is run down, but the room was fine. The parking lot was small and cramped.”

“I truly enjoyed my stay. The location was perfect. It was close to the Mall and the Civic Center. I only stayed one night but the staff really made an impression on me. The front desk clerk, Chautona McZeal was Awesome! She was very kind and helpful. You would never guess that it was her 1st day on the job. My room was prepared by Mattie and she did a great job. She even met me in the parking lot to make sure that everything was OK with the room. Excellent Customer Service!”
