「It was very inconvenient to get to the hotel because cars couldn’t get there being very narrow with the road. Reception was excellent, the room was very spacious. The shower was weak. The worst was the breakfast was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The hard boiled eggs were cold, taken out of the freezer and 2-3 days old where the yolks were very dark green. Yuck. All the pastries and pound cakes were not fresh and hard. Nothing is fresh and they charge you for the juices. Bad experience....

Unici giudizi negativi che do’ riguardano la televisione che ha impiegato un po’ di tempo per collegarsi alla rete per i canali tv è un banner pubblicitario che non riuscivamo a togliere dallo schermo e che dava fastidio . E poi la temperatura della piscina della spa che non era proprio termale anzi un po’ freddina 」

「Beautiful hotel with amazing views. A lot of weddings happen here, but our stay no weddings or events took place. Great restaurants and breakfast options for us. They baked fresh Italian bread where you have to cut a slice! So authentic. I came here for my bday and the server even prepared me a bday cake, thought that was so kind. Shuttle service was a lifesaver, because this hotel location is not travel friendly to get to the city! Even to take the bus you have to walk down a dirt hill to the...

「Papillo was clean. Service was not always the best. Also, I have never been in a hotel with a mini bar that is totally empty. And no tea or coffee facilities in the room. Also be aware that apart from a supermarket and couple of shops in the same place, there is nothing to do nearby. Central Rome is at least half an hour away by vehicle. 」

「This was probably the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at in years. The staff gave me a full game plan of seeing Rome with a map and all. I had a beautiful wraparound balcony that had a full view of the train station. The train station is about 12 paces from the front door and coffee at the station bar each morning was truly delightful.
