「Mr.David was the most gracious host. I checked in very late, last minute and he greeted me with a friendly smile and when I asked if the tiki was open he said no BUT then went behind the bar (as the owner can) and found me a cold beverage after my long day of travel. And breakfast was delivered to my room the next morning again with a friendly smile. Room was spotless and in meticulous condition. Cannot wait to go back again. Mr.David was amazing, highly recommend to anyone who loves Bacalar. 」

「It' a very nice and quiet place with well furnished tents (the bed is very comfortable!). The kitchen is well stocked and clean, so are the bathrooms and showers (hot water is working well). The staff is very friendly and helpful! I was supposed to stay two nights, but ended up booking three more, as i really enjoyed it. I would recomend this place for anyone that likes nature but still wants to be close to the town, or if you just want to relax, wind down and rest up.」

「El hotel esta muy bonito, el personal es muy agradable atento y amable, la vista es espectacular y los cuartos son acogedores realmente te aíslan y te sientes descansado tras pasar la noche, la comida es rica, quizá mas opciones en el menú de desayunos o un buffet serían buenas opciones, tienen actividades extra en el hotel, y la vista desde el muelle es preciosa, quizá solo como recomendación sería mejorar el acceso ya que el camino que es de terracería esta algo feo, como recomendación si te...

「Excellent stay in Bacalar. The rooms are spacious and spotless, the pool is great, and the staff were incredibly helpful. The front desk gave us great recommendations for activities. Having bicycles available was super convenient. The location is perfect, right near everything. We nearly booked a much more expensive hotel outside of town and are so glad we didn’t. Staying here was far more convenient and enjoyable. Will be back for sure. 」
