“The hotel, like most of the hotels in Tagaytay, is facing the crater lake. But the international hotel chain has been a great disappointment to me. First of all, for the time I found my Deposit box in my room is wrong; secondly, the hotel is very old, air conditioning noise is very serious will let you hard to sleep for the whole night； finally, encountered two problems so serious, obviously there are other rooms in the premise, and the reaction I they did not mean to change the room.”

“Late check-in fees even tho we told them ahead of time that our late flight was delayed further past midnight due to severe weather. Parking was a headache! Check-out was just as bad. We had to wait for someone to check rooms to get cash deposit back.”

“I’ve stayed in many places around the world the space is perfect, it is very spacious and accommodating. My room was excellent for relaxation, especially being use to climate back home. Having the air con made it very comfortable. I was only there for one night and had an early check out but I could see that staying for a longer duration would be very easy to do. The price is very fair and I would highly recommend if anyone is staying for business or pleasure the Wind is an excellent choice. The……

“Rooms are clean and spacious. You can really sleep comfortably with their clean linens. You can bring in and cook food . Lacking kitchen appliances though like kettle, microwave , oven toaster. Cooking stove we had has 1 burner working, the other is useless :( That was time consuming working on a single burner. Door knobs are defective, aircon units are outmodeled (you can hear it working at nighttime) and the other acu in 1 room leaks. Bulb in 1 CR was busted. As for toiletries, shampoos and……
