Our staying was not perfect but very reasonably good. Hotel is a "bit" outdated but location is good with perfect nature exposure. The room was huge with ocean view. The staff is excellent, patient, polite and very helpful. The dinner was slightly below expectation, and we opted to taste it only once.

It is a really beautiful location, well maintained gardena and good service. Breakfast, spa are good and the swiming area is very nice. Unfortunately the appartment did not have airco or a fan and we couldn’t leave a door open because of muscitos. Also there is no wifi in the appartment and mobile provider access didn’t work most of the time in the appartment.

Parking ridiculous,no wifi in room ,had to reserve diningim an empty restaurant made no sense ,we drove to Jardim do mar for dinner . Asked about an iron for clothes and got biggest attitude from personell! Spacious room and was clean ,shower worked well no issues! Wouldnt stay there again

Nice hotel with big rooms and many facilities.

Luxury hotel in a wonderful place, inside pool, big room with a lot of facilities. Breathtaking views a few steps from the hotel.

We spontanioulsy booked this hotel. When we arrived, the room we booked was not avaibable and we stayed in a Bungalow without extra charge. The view was exceptionally beautiful! Sadly, the bungalow itself was not that comfortable - the furniture is really old and and you do not feel cosy. We did not have Wifi in the bungalow because it was too far from the main building. Breakfast was okay, you get everything you need. I think, for the price paid you could expect a bit more - but since we did a short-term booking, it was okay for us.

Fantastische Aussicht, sehr gute Zimmer, gutes Essen, sehr freundlich. Toller Pool auch wenn wir ihn nicht genutzt haben. Wer es ruhig mag - Das hotel liegt Abseits im Westen der Insel. Es gibt aber ein kleinen Laden und eine Pizzaria nur zehn Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Man kann gut mit dem Auto auf Entdeckungstour gehen. Das warme Buffet abends könnte etwas wärmer sein und die Küche im Apartment ist etwas spärlich ausgestattet.

Es gibt nichts erwähnenswert Positives oder sehr Negatives. Die Ausstattung ist nicht mehr Uptodate aber unser Zimmer war sehr sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat uns nicht begeistert. Der Speisesaal hat Kantinencharakter. Stellenweise bietet das Hotelareal einen tollen Meerblick.

Das Studio war sehr geräumig und sehr gross. Wir hatten eine schöne grosse Terrasse. Das Abendbuffet für 20 Euro pro Person war nicht ¨überwältigend. Nach einer Stunde der Eröffnung war der Tun schon ausgegangen. Das Morgenbuffet 1 Stunde vor Schliessung war fast leer. Wir mussten beim Servierpesonal nachfragen ob wir eine Schüssel für den Fruchtsalat erhalten, dann ging das Wasser aus auch hier wieder das gleiche Spiel nachfragen und warten.

Cet hôtel est exceptionnel pour sa localisation et la vue splendide ! En revanche il serait temps de renouveler la déco des chambres et espaces communs. Les chambres sont cependant vraiment immense et la salle de bain également c'est incroyable. Le personnel n'était pas spécialement sympathique c'est dommage. Beaucoup de choix au buffet du petit déjeuner

Très bon accueil à 01h 30 du matin On nous a proposé une boisson et descendu les bagages sur 6 étages d’escaliers car ascenseur que dans le bâtiment central tout au dessus Heureusement on peut remonter par une petite route Repas buffet à 20 € correct et petits déjeuners copieux Parking vite plein hélas car l’hôtel est superbement situé au haut de la falaise mais tout au bout de la route . Plein de ballades à faire à pieds et en voiture au départ de l’hôtel

Hotel en fin de cycle...

Le site est remarquable, même si la météo y est capricieuse à plus de 400m du niveau de la mer.Hélas cet hôtel aurait besoin d’un sérieux lifting et d’une prise en main énergique pour mériter les 4 étoiles affichées. Les équipements sont obsolète, notamment dans les chambres où le WIFI est absent(on le savait avant) L’accès à la piscine non chauffée et très fraîche nécessite de monter un très long escalier, et est très mal équipée en parasol et transat en bon état, la piscine intérieure, vestige d’un SPA qui ne semble plus actif, est tout aussi fraîche. Côté restauration,si le petit déjeuner buffet permet de se nourrir convenablement ,sans plus, pour une journée de randonnée ,avec des produits de qualité très moyenne, par contre le dîner est à fuir tant les plats proposés sont d’une médiocrité indigne d’un tel établissement.Heureusement Prazeres tout proche propose des solutions de restauration accueillantes et de qualité. L’accueil est tout à fait convenable. Séjour agréable malgré tout dans ce site grandiose.

Vista magnífica e excelente pequeno almoço

Toda a equipa com quem me cruzei muito simpática. Quarto bastante espaçoso, com sofá, mesa, kitchenette e varanda com vista mar. Pequeno almoço muito completo e muito bom. Apesar do hotel ter aspeto de ter uns bons anos, está bastante conservado.
