Schöne und ruhige Lage

Das Haus liegt in einem Wohngebiet in ruhiger und verkehrsgünstiger Lage, um Ausflüge auf der Insel machen zu können. Der Verwalter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einen Schaden in der Dusche hat er sofort behoben.Er war immer erreichbar und total unkompliziert. Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet. Ein Badezimmer müsste mal neue Armaturen erhalten. Das Haus war sauber und ordentlich.

Estadia na casa vista bela madeira

A casa é espetacular, com bastante espaço e com uma vista incrível para o mar. Tem um café e um mini mercado a 50 metros da casa, longe da confusão, numa zona bem calma. O anfitrião, é um espetáculo com uma boa vibe e faz um sol e mar TOP para aquecer pela manhã, recomendo muito.

Großes Haus mit 4 Schlafzimmern und einem Wohn- Schlafraum. Die untere Terrasse ist groß aber sonnig ( ein Sonnenschirm ist vorhanden). Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. RAS sauf peut-être la répartition des salles de bain ( une pour 6 personnes au 1er étage) alors que une pour 2 au RDC.

Casa bem localizada, espaçosa e com uma vista fantástica. Cozinha muito bem equipada, sala de dimensões agradáveis e 4 quartos bons. Anfitrião muito gentil!

Geweldig huisje, fantastische locatie

Onze eerste keer op Madeira. Het was februari, dus elke dag afwachten wat voor weer het zou worden. Elke dag was het beter dan de voorspellingen. Het huis was super schoon en groot. David was zeer gastvrij. Zeer comfortabel huis voor gezin met tieners en jong volwassenen. Bovenverdieping was ruimte voor onze studerende zoon. Twee slaapkamers daar. Ook twee slaapkamers beneden. Drie badkamers. Twee balkons, waar we in de luwte in de zon konden zitten. Het uitzicht was schitterend. Ruime kduken met eettafel. 5 minuten rijden naar het strand. Calheta is een heerlijk plaatsje. Verschillende restaurants vlak bij. Ik zou dit huis zo weer huren!

Großes Haus mit schöner Terrasse

Großes Haus mit viel Platz und gut ausgestatteter Küche. Terrasse und Balkon mit schönem Blick aufs Meer. Ruhig gelegen, aber trotzdem mit guter Verkehrsanbindung, wenn man mit einem Mietwagen unterwegs ist. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß in unmittelbarer Umgebung.

Schönes, großzügiges Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage mit toller Aussicht

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße von Calheta und besitzt einen tollen Meerblick. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, es ist sauber und falls Probleme auftreten ist der zuvorkommende Housekeeper hilfsbereit zur Stelle. Neben der herzlichen Begrüßung gab es ein Begrüßungsgeschenk in Form von heimischen Wein und Kuchen. Ein paar Meter vom Haus entfernt gibt es einen kleinen Shop/Cafe in dem man wirklich fast alles bekommt. Alles in allem war es ein toller Aufenthalt, auch wenn das Wetter mal nicht so toll war.

Traditional villa with great views

We ended up staying here after being stranded on the island following a flight cancellation and from the start David, who looks after the villa, could not have been more helpful. He picked us up and returned us to the airport at a reduced rate. His family run a small shop and bar a very short walk from the property and so he was always on hand for little things such as acting as a translator when ordering taxis and keeping theshop open when we arrived to let us get essentials. This made our firstnight at the villa a lot more enjoyable! The house itself was very clean and spacious with a large balcony and stunning views of the ocean. It got sunshine all day long and well into the evening. It was traditional in style inside and out with comfortable furniture. The villa has good parking if you have a hire car. It also had great wifi.
