  • The house 'Sun and Moon', is located in the West of Madeira Island, in a pleasant area Arco da Calheta. Between the Mountain and the sea, with a frontosa landscape, has private garage, gardens with private pool and equipped barbeque. Inside it has 2 bedrooms with private bathroom, air conditioning in the rooms with balcony to the outside equipped with bed linen and bath towels has central heating with wood burning and dining room has wall heating. On the 1st Floor a nice terrace. Wi-Fi, local cable V. MEO. We have a game table with games available.
    Heated pool from November to April. The accommodation is equipped with bed linen and bath so that your stay and choice is unforgettable. Children are the responsibility of the Parents.

The home was absolutely beautiful with the most amazing views. Sandra's hospitality was wonderful! We had a spectacular stay. The amenities were perfect. We recommend you rent a car however. This will allow you to go back and forth to town as needed. We didn't rent a car but were easily able to get Bolt to pick us up. We wish the weather were better so we could have take advantage of the pool.

We had a wonderful stay here for our very first visit to Madeira. We were greeted by the hosts who went through everything with us in detail. We were supplied fire wood and a supply to get us started of milk, bread, cheese, ham and fruit as well as a delicious cake and wine. Unfortunately the weather was not in our favour but it didn’t stop us enjoying the beautiful property and the kids still got to enjoy the pool a couple of days. I would have no hesitation giving this property a 10/10.

Beautiful house, environment and host

We loved our stay at Cristina's amazing house. The location was beautiful, with a spotless kitchen, garden, pool and moreover gorgeous views of the ocean and Calheta. Cristina was above and beyond an incredible host. She was so generous with food, supporting us when our luggage was lost and overall a beautiful person.

A near four months of idyllic and restful stay in an incredible rich biotic plant and shrub diversified, swimming pool supported, large garden, and superb personally designed comfortable fully functional interior. Das Haus ist wie in der Beschreibung und wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. So liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr großzügig für 4 Personen mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Der Kontakt zu Cristina war über WhatsApp und sie hat schnell reagiert, wenn man ein Problem hatte. Wir sind bei unserer Ankunft mit einem leckerem 3-Gänge Menü empfangen worden, danke an Beatrix und Dora. Wir empfehlen das Haus auf jeden Fall weiter!

Sur une île de toute beauté, un accueil chez Cristina comme je n'en avais jamais eu! La maison est parfaite, le jardin et la vue superbes!!! Les "attentions" portées à ses invités sont juste du jamais vu sur une location Abritel!Merci Cristina!!!
