“Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Place was immaculate, had many small touches to make the experience even better, and the host was super communicative when needed.”

“There were a couple very minor problems with cleanliness (for instance, one bathroom sink didn't look too clean) but overall we are very picky people about cleanliness so I think it might have just been us. Otherwise everything was as described: the photos accurately displayed the space, the kitchen supplies were adequate for the amount of cooking we did, the outdoor patio space was plentiful, the beach view was excellent, the bedrooms had a good bit of space and storage, and beds were comfy. ……

“This is a small room off an entire house. It has a side entrance and grass parking. The grass was tall and unkempt. While loading and unloading and walking dogs in and out, there was a lot of floor trash that was hard to manage. It fit our needs for what we needed to allow pets and outside smoking.”

“We enjoyed our stay completely. The property is very clean and updated. Great little place to crash at night. Not to far from the waterfront either. Thanks.”

“The studio apartment was sparkling upon our arrival. It was modern and comfortable. The hosts made themselves readily available although we were in need of nothing with well stocked kitchen and bathroom. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to book again if heading to Panama City.”

“Very clean, what we needed. Wanted to be close to my family who lived 2 miles away. It was nice.”

“It was so nice. I loved the pool. The only thing that I didn’t like is that the internet kept going out so I ended up with a c in my class because I couldn’t finish homework. ”

“This was the smoothest rental that we have ever done. Extremely timely with all communications and pleasant always. We would do this rental again in a heartbeat!”

“The only downfall was the internet and tv didn’t work. However, the rest of the safe was flawless.”

“Very nice place to stay. Host was very helpful and accommodating. Enjoyed being way out in the country.”

“Excellent place to stay. Very clean. Very reasonably priced.”

“Marija was an excellent host that ensured we were welcomed guest during our extended stay. She and the cozy home were very accommodating for my family and our dogs. ”

“There are other tenants in 2 different units behind the this unit and they are not respectful. You can hear everything and the gates are very noisy. The unit itself is very well appointed and had most everything you need. It is centrally located in Panama city but not near any attractions. The neighborhood is quiet otherwise.”

“Very nice place. Very clean. In a great location for walking distance to beach and food. Would recommend to friends and family.”

“We greatly enjoyed our time here! Everything was clean and as pictured. Joe was a fantastic host and was available if needed. We loved having our own pool and a quiet neighborhood to walk around. Joe is pet friendly which really makes this location ideal with the fenced in back yard. We HIGHLY recommend this location!!!”
