“This was our 2nd stay and it was just as great as the first. The location is amazing it’s quick and easy to reach everything. The parking is so nice. You can walk to multiple restaurants.”

“I want to start by saying the location and price of Sylvan Lake quiet place was excellent. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. Also, our host was great about responding and answering questions when we had them. The cons for the trip were lack of organization in the house and cleaning supplies. We really struggled to find things in the kitchen to cook and eat with. Near the end of our stay we ran out of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. “I'll start with the positive's. It was a quiet neighborhood. 10 minutes to everywhere we needed to go. The backyard was great for the dogs. Check in was a breeze and host is responsive. Negative's: It is an older house, so I am trying to remember that while leaving review. Taking showers was interesting. Any time the water came on any where else in the house, I was blasted with cold water. I'm also baffled by the comments this house was clean. There was so much 'stuff' on the doors,……

“This property is so nice. There are no stairs to go up & down to get to the lake. The lake is literally right outside the beautiful huge screened in porch. No mosquitos eating you up! Big green egg to grill on was very nice. It got cold our last night. So we got to enjoy the fireplace as well. Wonderful stay for my husband's birthday.”

“We only stayed one night enroute to a destination. The inside was clean and accurate, according to the photos. It is an older property and a bit dated but served our purposes. The patio/deck was a bit disappointing. The grill was not the one pictured. It was dirty and rusted through. The large griddle like fryer was also dirty and rusted.
