In die Jahre gekommene „Villa“

Grundsätzlich ein konzeptionell schönes / modernes Haus mit viel Platz für Familien (zwei Etagen, offen), aber leider nicht so super gepflegt. Z.B. Nur ein Sonnenschirm, die Sonnenliegen und auch der Schirm sind in keinem guten Zustand. Gleiches gilt für die Aussenmöbel. Darüber hinaus müssten Badezimmerfugen (Schimmel!?) und die Decke im Wohnzimmer (Wasserschaden!?) repariert werden. Für diesen Preis könnte man sicherlich erwarten, dass man solche Dinge kontinuierlich modernisiert. Bitte auch beachten, dass man hier weder Handtücher vorfindet, noch die Klimaanlage nutzen kann (beides kann aber freundlicherweise vor Ort „nachgebucht“ werden. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur vor Ort war überschaubar freundlich. Ansonsten gute Lage (viele Strände sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Zu Fuß kann man auch runter nach Calonge. Fazit: Preis und Leistung stehen bei diesem Haus in einem eher unglücklichen Verhältnis.

En wat instructies voor de huishoudelijke apparaten..bv de oven, want die had meer tijd nodig dan we hoopten..maar verder prima verblijf! De schoonmaak bestond bij ons uit zwembadonderhoud en tuinonderhoud, geen ‘normale’ schoonmaak. Wel was het zoeken naar de juiste manier van afvalverwerking. Wij waren met 5 volwassenen en dat ging prima. Echter met een zesde volwassene was de derde slaapkamer echt niet geschikt om langere tijd te verblijven, die had een twijfelaar als bed.
