Designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, the villa comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests across three spacious king-size bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom. Every bedroom features individually controlled air conditioning and blackout blinds to ensure a restful night’s sleep. A travel cot and foldaway single bed are also available for families travelling with young children.

Spacious living areas

The bright open-plan living and dining area is ideal for spending time together, featuring a large corner sofa, dining table and a 60-inch Smart TV. Whether you’re enjoying a family movie night or relaxing after a day at the beach, there’s plenty of space for everyone.

For those needing to work remotely, the separate office includes a dedicated workstation with monitor and keyboard, along with an additional pull-out double sofa bed.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for a comfortable stay, including an oven, microwave, air frier, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cookware, crockery and utensils. A separate utility room houses both a washing machine and tumble dryer, and a separate drinks fridge.

New for 2026 is a large 100m² astro play area complete with football goal, perfect for children to enjoy football, cricket or outdoor games safely within the privacy of the villa.

The villa is ideally located just a ten-minute drive (approximately 1.5 km) from both Playa de la Fossa and Calpe’s charming Old Town.

Playa de la Fossa

One of the Costa Blanca’s finest beaches, Playa de la Fossa offers golden sand, crystal-clear Mediterranean waters and an attractive promenade lined with restaurants, cafés and bars. Its Blue Flag status reflects its excellent facilities and cleanliness, making it ideal for families.
