You’ll be instantly heading for the terrace at this traditional 4-bedroom villa. Along with a private pool, the terrace has sea views and overlooks Calpe's iconic Peñon de Ifach.

The villa has an open living/dining space, well-equipped kitchen, and modern conveniences including air conditioning (optional), satellite TV and Wi-Fi, as well as parking space.

Villa Canuta de Ifach is a large villa on 2 completely independent floors, the owners, a very nice retired couple, very discreet and always available to help when needed, live upstairs.
You do not share anything with them, the villa main access, pool, terrace, etc. are exclusively for you!

As for the location? You’re just less than 10 minute walk to the sea and the nice little Puerto Blanco sandy beach and 7mn drive to the big Arenal sandy beach and Calpe city center, so you can hop in the car and spend your days shopping, lounging beside the sea, and enjoying lazy lunches in local restaurants.

The Inside Space: The entire villa is spread out over one floor, complete with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. An open living/dining room has a casual sitting area featuring sofas, armchairs and a TV, while the nearby dining table seats six.

When it's time to cook, a well sized kitchen makes life easy with plenty of contemporary appliances including a 4 ring stove, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. No need to worry about washing up once dinner's done - load plates and dishes straight into the kitchen dishwasher.

The villa’s 4 double bedrooms are configured to offer flexible sleeping options. Two of the bedrooms feature a double bed, while the remaining two have two single beds - ideal if you’re travelling with kids.

The villa also has two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub while the other have a shower shower.

The Outdoor Space: Start your day with a dip in your private pool. The pool is located on the side of the villa, separated by a small fence - ideal for parents travelling with young children.

Grab a poolside lounger for a spot of morning sunbathing, then gather around a shaded garden dining table for lazy brunches under the porch. In the heat of the midday sun, this covered area offers a cool retreat for reading and afternoon naps.

In the evenings, fire up the BBQ and grill up fresh fish and steaks while snacking on plates of olives and sun-dried tomatoes. Then kick back, uncork a bottle of Spanish wine, and watch the lights of Calpe slowly twinkle to life.

The Surrounding Area: You're just 7mn by car to the centre of Calpe. Explore the town’s restaurants, shops and cafes, or visit its medieval old town and wander cobbled streets lined with historic buildings and town houses.

Calpe is also renowned for its two beautiful beaches (La Fossa and El Arenal), making it the perfect place to enjoy days of nothing more than digging toes into golden sand.

But if you’re craving adventure, swap the beach for the mountains and drive 35 minutes to Sierra de Bernia. This jagged limestone ridge is a great place for hiking and features the ruins of a 16th century fort.
