「Excellent place, quiet, and very clean」

「We loved our stay here. The hotel, is so peaceful, clean and beautifully traditional. The food is delicious, very wholesome and made of natural ingredients to order. All the staff were so helpful and work hard to please. However a big shout out to Noemi who has gone above and beyond her job to organise forgotten laundry to be returned to us. She has been so lovely and helpful. 」

「This hotel is walking distance from main Plaza. The food in the hotel’s restaurant was on point. Staff were friendly and attentive. Room was clean. My kids loved the pool. We will stay in this hotel gain if we come back to valladolid. 」

「Mi estancia en este hotel fue cómoda y agradable. Es un lugar tranquilo y acogedor con una piscina linda, nos hospedamos en la habitación familiar y nos gustó mucho. El único detalle fue que no tiene estacionamiento y hay horas en las que es difícil encontrar un espacio. Por lo demás todo estuvo muy bien. 」

「I stayed here with my family for three nights and all of us loved it for various reasons. The common areas and rooms are very clean with upgraded interior details such as ceiling fans in every room and the much needed AC unit, light filtering window shades, wooden doors, upscale toilet, sink and shower fixtures. We loved the pool, small and cozy but refreshing. But what stole our hearts was the breakfast which was included in the room rate!!! Amazingly, it is not just coffee and pastries but...

「Staff was super nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and set up very cute. Very spacious. Mexico culture felt throughout. Wifi available. You can ask for pool towels at the desk. There is a cute cafe separately owned out front that stayed open late. You can find a convenience store on the next block. You do have to use street parking or pay for a garage. Our family loved it. 」
