「Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue. 1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416 The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay. In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick. I hope management address this issue for future guests. 」

「Stayed here for 3 days total & our experience wasn’t the greatest. Upon arriving we were offered to upgrade our room well we ended up switching rooms because the tub was too high for an older lady to reach. The rooms smelled like mildew & even though we did bring it to the staffs attention nothing helped as the smell still stayed. My cousins room did not have hot water, part of the lights didn’t work, the sliding door for the balcony did not lock. This hotel definitely needs a MAJOR update...
