House located in Câmara de Lobos, ideal for family holidays, with great outdoor areas and sea views. There are three bedrooms: a suite with a double bed, a single sofa bed, a balcony with sea views, and a bathroom with a shower; another bedroom with a double bed; and a third bedroom with two single beds and a balcony with a solarium area. There is also a shared bathroom with a shower.

The house accommodates up to 7 people and offers a living room with modern décor, a fireplace, and access to a balcony. There is a guest toilet/laundry room for added convenience. The kitchen is well equipped, with a centre island and dining area. Outside, enjoy a barbecue area, wood-burning stove, table for al fresco dining, hammock, and sun loungers in the garden, all with magnificent sea and mountain views. Access to the property is via a levada, about 80 metres from the car park, providing seclusion and tranquillity.

AREA
Câmara de Lobos is known for fishing and agriculture, as well as its gastronomic tradition, including Espetada and Madeira wine. The area features traditional restaurants, Cabo Girão, and the Henriques&Henriques winery. A medium-sized supermarket is a 5-minute drive away. In the centre of Câmara de Lobos or Estreito de Câmara de Lobos, you'll find restaurants, shops, and commercial spaces. Funchal is a 10-minute drive away; the airport is 30 minutes away.

GETTING AROUND
Transfer is recommended—ask us to book with our local partners for a better rate than airport taxis. If you rent a car, navigation apps can easily find the address.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY
You have access to all areas of the property.

INTERACTION
We are always available to help or answer questions. We also have an app for guests with all important information about the property and your stay.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- All guests must present valid ID (passport or identity card) as required by Portuguese law.
- Check-in must be scheduled in advance (at least 48 hours before arrival).
- Bed linen and towels are provided. Baby cot, high chair, and baby bath available on request. First aid kit, extinguishers, and fire blanket are on the property.

ATTENTION
A Tourist Fee of €2.00 per person/night (aged 13 or over), up to 7 nights (€14 max per person/stay), will be charged. You will receive a link to pay this municipal tax upon arrival.

HOUSE RULES

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• We ask that you be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, you may receive a message from our team asking you to check the situation.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration.

A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights).

Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and payment of a fee.
Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and payment of a fee.
