“The property is as advertised; it is small but has what you need for a visit to NYC. It is a 20-minute walk to Times Square, 5 minutes to the Empire State Building, and 10 minutes to Flatiron. “Clean studio and great location for our family's one night stay. Close to everything but a quiet retreat when needed. The host was very responsive and helpful, even alerted us about an item inadvertently left there after we checked out, and patiently helped us to reclaim the item.
