I contacted the hotel, and they said they'd already processed the refund and told me to check with my bank. I went to the bank and……

“It's an older hotel but very nice and attentive staff. They also clean your room daily which is a nice reset. My room was small but had everything I needed and was located in a great spot. I would stay again.”
