“Lovely place.”

“The staff were really friendly and the room was really well appointed and clean. The breakfast was good too. The only drawback with this property is that the rooms are upstairs in a SUPER busy pub. There was a disco downstairs until 2am which there was no escaping from. Thankfully we were out at an event until late so we didn’t have to put up with it for too long and it was quiet once everyone had left.”

“Immaculate room and very spacious with comfy big arm chairs. Bathroom was spotless too and shower lovely and roomy. Breakfast and dinners were delicious!! The pancakes came with loads of yummy bacon and plenty maple syrup! The fish and chips were plentiful, steak pie was hearty and filling! Will be back!”

“非常有特色又舒適的旅館，員工十分熱情，旅館一樓就是餐廳，餐點和啤酒都非常美味，位置也算方便，唯一缺點是沒有提供停車位稍不方便。”

“服務很好，早餐水準很好，整體滿意”

“Nice Pub, food was excellent, good selection of beverages, great staff, room was a bit dusty.”

“Very helpful staff. Excellent food. Shower gel/ shampoo combo in the shower would have been appreciated!”

“Everything is dated and there’s not enough staff”

“King room in the modern accommodation block was small but fine, a good find. Dinner was great pub grub. We hadn’t realised that breakfast is not available (Sun-Fri) but that was also fine.”

“First room hadn't been cleaned, yes the 2nd room was cold with a small heater, cold water for the shower and no Wi Fi available to help with the course that I was there for”

“Superb stay for an overnight business trip .”

“Standards have really dropped. I have stayed here multiple times over the past few years and”

“These comments are not for publication but rather for Expedia to consider how they rate the Inn. When we arrived at 8.30pm the Car Park was full, so it was a surprise that no-one was in pub. We never saw another guest during our stay. It felt that the business was struggling. A bit too quiet. Staff were ok. Room facilities were ok including a very comfortable large bed. A little disappointed that we had to ask for the heating to be put on in the room after we arrived. The heating had not gone……

“A very enjoyable 2 night stay. Pleasant locaton, very helpful and polite staff and very enjoyable food. Only comment is that the roomwas really too small to have a king sized bed. Recomended.”

“Lovely pub with rooms. Staff were very helpful and friendly and our room was cosy and quiet. We had breakfast and dinner, both of which were excellent. Parking was no problem and the pub provided a good base for exploring Cambridge and the Fens.”
