“Staff was friendly and helpful. Fantastic location, across the street from Trafalgar Square, waling distance to Picadilly, Chinatown, theatres. Wide cariety of restaurants and pubs within a couple of blocks. Would definitely stay there again.”

“Good point:
1. location in the business area and walking distance to London/Tower Bridge
2. Good idea to provide the drinking water system at each floors.
Bad points:
1. The room is very old style and full of dust in bed, in the drawers, on the tables, on the wall. I even have to clean myself because I found it at night when I come back late after business dinner.
2. When I take a shower, the water pipe is blocked. I have to clean the dirt and hair in the water pipe myself.
