「We enjoyed a wonderful stay in the 'Nauti' Shepherd's hut. It was so cosy, warm, clean and immaculately presented. The bed was super comfortable and everything we could have needed was provided. A great location, with a peaceful and relaxing countryside setting. Great communication from the hosts. We will definitely be back in the future. Highly recommended for a cornish get away. 」

「Genuinely lovely and helpful staff, beautiful settings, decent last-minute deal. Unfortunately Expedia missold us a double room which was actually a twin room. Unworkable water pressure from shower meant we had to shower outdoors amongst beer kegs. Nevertheless Angel manager John did his best to sort things out within 30 mins on the morning we checked out, supporting us in being appropriately compensated by Expedia. Not the best stay but unmatched commitment to customer service.」

「We arrived at the hotel late and upon arrival had a sign saying under renovations. No pool/spa/gym/food. Room was ok. However interconnecting door unlocked which puzzled the staff as to why we would want to lock it. 2nd night bar then closed and had to request more milk pots as no laundry service/restock had taken place. 「I’d read bad reviews after booking so I was very worried. But we got a basic, decent chalet in a good location. It was quiet and safe. It needs a deep clean, mould on curtains, and cobwebs everywhere, but everything else was very clean. It was fine for the price we paid. Sykes cottages manage this chalet, but it’s Atlantic Bays reception, and they won’t know anything about your booking.
