「This is a duplex with 3 bedrooms. The location was very quiet but getting there was a little treacherous because the road was bumpy and gravel. However, I would stay again for sure. The duplex was clean. We ended up with 11 people total, and there was room for us all. There's a little sari sari nearby for essentials. It's about a 2 mile walk to karinderyas with good food. The caretaker was very nice and accommodating. Overall it was a great place.」

「Location was quiet and close to the city. The room had a beautiful view of Baguio However the unit needs improvement on cleanliness. It needs deep cleaning When I opened the cabinets it stunk and had small roaches. The bathrooms are not so clean and finally it could use some de-cluttering too much furniture. 「Before we checked in i requested to transfer the room bec we have seniors, owner is to inconsiderate rude,we end up of not taking with us bec of no access to them , the water connections is terrible you have to go down and let us to do the on and off switch, dinning chairs nearly collapsed when sitting, their laundry was outside hanging infront our door entrance, refrigerator is so dirty.
