“The hotel is fairly new, clean, and very conveniently located. The only downside is that it can be a bit loud if your room is next to the train tracks. During my first two nights, I was woken up in the middle of the night by trains honking as they passed by, though I eventually got used to it. Despite that, I would still choose to stay here again, but I’d recommend requesting a room as far from the train tracks as possible for a better night’s sleep.”

“Cute and cozy place perfect for two people. It was close to Santa Cruz and met all of our expectations. It’s quietly located up a hill to where you can see the ocean from the kitchen window. “Great location, view and accommodations. We were there to celebrate a milestone adult birthday. We had ages 9-68. “Location is amazing as the house overlooks nice beach with areas for surfers and swimmers. The area is not crowded as there is limited parking in the area. "**Disappointing Stay at Marriott**
I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed. The first room that I stayed had persistent air conditioning issues and disturbing noises, which made resting difficult. After a frustrating room change, I was given the wrong key when trying to retrieve my adapter, and the staff didn't acknowledge the inconvenience.
As a loyal Marriott guest, this experience fell far below expectations and I never got a apology from the hotel."
