「The hotel is nice and tranquil. The staff were nice, but serious. They were helpful when needed. The hotel facilities need some of TLC, but our suite was nice. The spa facility is outdated and not up to standard. Don’t expect much Warning: all must wear a head cap if going into any pool. The massage was good and relaxing. Restaurant and food were good. Overall good experience. 」

「Beautiful surroundings and room amenities. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. We tried the spa and sauna, which was good for a relaxing vacation. Not many dining options around and we stayed in the hotel restaurant for dinner, A bit expensive than average but affordable. 」

「This hotel was a true gem. Our room was lovely. The staff was great. and the breakfast was outstanding. Everyone was cheerful and helpful. The only negative was the bathroom door should have opened out into the room because there was plenty of room to do so but when you opened it into the bathroom you couldn't open it all the way. Very easy to remedy. A lovely experience we truly enjoyed.」

「O hotel é lindo, super novo, com muito potencial. É necessário agendar com antecedência para almoçar e jantar, o serviço de SPA não estava disponível por falta de atendentes o que nos frustrou um pouco. Percebemos que os rótulos dos sabonetes, cremes e xampus estavam todos em francês, o que dificultou o entendimento da aplicação de cada um. O carro que nos leva da recepção até os quartos não é seguro, quase caímos ao subir o morro e não houve nenhum aviso do perigo. Houve atraso de duas horas...

「Charming estate in very pretty waterfront setting. Hotels.com website had wrong telephone number and wrong coordinates. The link actually had us directed across the river. We were re-directed by hillside residents opposite the site.」
