CON: There is a steam room and rock carved tubs to use, but the person at the spa is the only one that can access them and she is not always accessible. So that was a little frustration. 「Hospitality was on point--receptionist helped us book our airport taxi, recommended some great eats. Location was sublime--15 mins walk to Poetto beach, 5 mins walk to a grocery store, lots of great restaurants and cafes nearby, plus near many bus stations as well. One criticism from me is the hotel creaks and have a lot of sounds, i.e neighbour flushing, clanking in vents/walls, etc. I am a heavy sleeper so no issue for me but may pose a problem to light sleepers.
