「Loved our stay! It was so relaxing and the ambiance was perfect to disconnect. I did not want to leave - the staff is absolutely amazing!!! 」

「When we arrived the front desk told us that the Expedía credit card was rejected, blaming Expedía. I insisted that I the room was already paid. Also the service was poor, they made us wait long for breakfast. I think that to minimize cost management has changed, but for the worse. The building is nice but front desk and people managing are not well trained. 」

Nos cobraron $55 por un arreglo romántico con pétalos falsos y una botella que costaba menos de $10. Además, nos cobraron $80 por un masaje que, honestamente, fue el peor de mi vida. 「This is a old and dirty place, humidity odor, washroom with mold. No water pressure impossible to take a shower. The worst part, my wife and daughter were attacked by a big dog, owned by the receptionist. The dog broke my wife purse and daughter got a terrible panic and nobody helped them. Terrible experience. Expedia need to report this place. DONT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL」

「Room: bed %100 uncomfortable, so hard even for a necessary one night was BAD. Bathroom: bad odor on the shower, toilet not working properly. No food other than breakfast. No parking! 」

I had such a great time in Santa Ana and this was such an amazing hostel to do it in. I loved the location, the people, the room, everything was amazing. I will definitely find myself back here!!
