We had a wonderful stay - the location is very good . The staff are fantastic. The breakfast is actually wonderful! In the afternoons they have afternoon tea daily with coffee / tea / juices on offer and also a snack which changes daily We would love to come back! My only suggestion to management is the blinds in the room should have block out both for noise and light Also nicer pillow top beds would be fantastic

We had a splendid experience here. The resort has good maintenance, staffs are all very welcoming and attentive to your needs. Food are pretty good with their own beach club!

Awesome services at the Club!

I booked this hotel for three nights to celebrate my husband birthday. The staff surprised my husband with a birthday cake .Every employee in this hotel is full of smiles, the service is very attentive. The food in the restaurant is also very good. The room I chose is Ocean View Luxury Room. It’s beautiful! Subsequently I went to Lombok for three nights, staying in The Oberoi Beach Lombok and came back to this hotel again for one night. I was very pleased that the hotel upgraded us to stay in...

There was some stains on the sheet , but staff handled it properly and efficiently. Amazing place, simple and spacious design. Better provide body lotion to match the standard.

Had a very pleasant stay with my school girlfriends. The hotel was very comfortable, room service goods was fantastic and affordable (we had most of our meals in the rooms). The only cons was the weak Wifi connection in the bed rooms. It is highly recommend!
