Super sexy interiors in a prime location. Welcome & departure drink, delicious breakfast & a free mini bar were included in our stay. Pool area was lovely & intimate. Staff were friendly & knowledgeable. Will definitely stay again

We had a wonderful stay - the location is very good . The staff are fantastic. The breakfast is actually wonderful! In the afternoons they have afternoon tea daily with coffee / tea / juices on offer and also a snack which changes daily We would love to come back! My only suggestion to management is the blinds in the room should have block out both for noise and light Also nicer pillow top beds would be fantastic

Excellent breakfast. Enough choice. Very modern with touches of Bali culture. Art works, uniforms have Balinese touch. The pool is big enough if on your own. Bar nearby and rooftop. Staff friendly and helpful. Massage at spa was excellent. Good products used, clean surroundings and skilled masseuse. The big problem is a tiny sign out the front so most grab drivers can’t find the place. Was easier to get dropped next door at Kanvaz. Well appointed room.

The staff is very helpful. They help us to arrange the airport pick up and also the transportation to our next destination. They are very responsive as well. The only down side is the draining system of the bathroom. It is on the slow side and the water can't drain properly inside the shower.
