“Booked due to our cancelled flight, was a quick checked in and very professional service. Room was clean and spacious. After a long wait for our flight back to London and then be cancelled a nice place to rest is all we needed. Thanks for the complimentary bow of fruits delivered to our room and a litre of drinking water. They also offered an airport transport which is a big bonus. ”

“Beautiful hotel and grounds! Friendly and helpful staff, delicious food! A wonderful all inclusive experience. We had a beautiful room with an extra large balcony with partial view. Room was always cleaned daily and towels changed. We enjoyed the location, the ample parking and the grounds. Kids enjoyed the heated pool and we all enjoyed the buffet, kulinarium restaurant and the evening shows. We are already planning our next trip there! Thank you for a beautiful holiday week Riu Madeira! ”

Besonders bemerkenswert ist aus meiner Sicht die außergewöhnlich hohe Qualität der Hotelführung. “Breakfast menu was great. Amenities were fabulous. Rooms were clean and cleaning staff was great. I wish there was a hot tub and sauna available for families to use (it was available but for over 18 only).”
