"miserable experience, mainly due to food. regarding a la carte restaurants, the waiting time was shockingly long and the portions were too scarce to feed an adult man. the main restaurant offered poor choice, especially at breakfasts: lack of different options, and those which were there stayed the same whole week."

"We loved the location and rooftop pool of this stay, in Madeira. The room was simple, but clean and we enjoyed the amenities. Staff weren’t too friendly and the breakfast was quite limited, but we enjoyed the room and found a great local restaurant to eat at that evening (Restaurant a Chave)."

"This hotel was beautiful. Staff always on hand to help. I received an upgrade and the room was amazing! The location was great with lots of places to eat around the area. The hotel also did nightly buffets with entertainment. I would 100% recommend and will be returning myself next year."
