“Amazing place! Wonderful staff!”

“I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.”

“Bed bugs on the room! Breakfast was good and the staff was perfect! ”

“Breakfast had a good variety and everything was good and fresh. ”

“Accommodations were average. I thought the rooms need an update with bedding and mattresses. We had a suite and the pull out couch mattress was really bad. We were going to go to another hotel, but they gave us a room with double beds at a reduced rate...so hard to pass that up. With a teenager, you sometimes want some space and I know they want it as well. Manager was good to work with ”

“Excellent location for proximity to beach and restaurants...all within walking distance. Pool and hot tub were great. No ice available onsite .”

“Room was clean and nice. No issues with the room. The problem was the retreat isn’t what was pictured and the pool was 2 blocks away. Need better pictures of the actual building you’re staying in. ”

“Room was clean but musty smelling. Staff was nice, breakfast was good. I need to hire the person who took the pictures for this room. If they can make those rooms look that pretty they will make my goofy family portrait look amazing! ”

“This hotel is great! friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (the quality is particularly amazing given the low price), and it is walkable to the Ringling mueseum. The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again.”

“I loved this place—the spot is amazing. I would only recommend adding a microwave and a full-length mirror. Other than that, everything was super clean and impeccable ✨”

“No ammenities. The pool is the size of a hot tub. They messed up my reservation and had me in a city view room when i booked a luxury beachfront room. They did fix it but i was unhappy that I was not on the ground floor as promised and we had to share a deck with the guests next door. This was so uncomfortable because we had the next doir guests walking by our room windows, therefore we had to keep the curtains closed when we were relaxing in our room. This was surpose to be a romantic weekend……

“Non smoking room smelled horrible, toilet wouldn't flush and they never came after we called, we ended up plunging it ourselves but it didn't fix the issue and they didn't offer us another room ”
