"Those staying here should know there's a popular bar about a half block away. Loud, live, sing-along music is sometimes happening all day long. Since the front door of the room we stayed in shows daylight around it, we could hear every word of every song. Pool looked inviting but was full of tatted-up twenty somethings loudly boozing it up. "The property was as advertised & as shown in the photos. My husband and I appreciated the proximity to the beach as well as being right on the bay… and it was great to have access to items like beach chairs, umbrella & wagon! We were in walking distance of multiple restaurants and bars, which was super convenient. Jonsie was a good host, she communicated well & addressed all questions/unexpected issues promptly. We loved AMI and would definitely stay at this property again! "

"No sink, had to do dishes in bathroom sink, it was sorta gross, for almost 400dollars a night after taxes very cramped on wakway, no where for family to visit"

"We had a great stay. Nice accommodations suitable for our needs. Clean. Modern. Close to Santa Maria Island and the beach! Found a couple of great restaurants close by. Loved the washer and dryer in the unit. Quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again! Reasonably priced. "

"Jeff was very helpful and responsive to all needs. The Coastal Cove property was amazing! Walkable to so many restaurants, bars, shopping and the best part, the beautiful beach! The hot tub was a big bonus as it was pretty chilly a few days of our trip. I would love to stay again! "

"The house was nice & the host was very timely with answers when I had questions & gave very thorough instructions on everything in the house, on the area & getting around, which was very appreciated. But it was still alittle confusing (probably just us) trying to actually drive up the lane to the house. We needed to ignore our gps at the end of the road & not turn but just go a few feet more to the very end, like you’re almost going to go off of the sea wall then turn down right in front of it & the house is down at the very end. It seems very tight between the sea wall & other cottages but we had room with our Chevy Impala to get thru, park & unload right in front of the place. Then we were able to back up & turned around in the neighboring drive to go out forward, like the host stated. Everything was clean & comfortable & luckily they provided a few heaters because there wasn’t a furnace & 2 of the 3 nights we were there the temp dropped way down & it was freezing. Also it was close to so much & if it hadn’t been so cold we could’ve walk a lot. We would definitely stay there again!"
