"Excellent location walkable to the beach, the bars, stores, and restaurants. We had a wonderful time staying at this property and would absolutely be back again. There was so much to do and the beaches are beautiful. The home is so close and has plenty of space. The beds were comfy, each room had fans, the kitchen is stocked, and there is a TV in all 4 rooms making it convenient for each guest. Highly recommended!"

"I can’t breathe enough about how convenient this place is to the beach and the bars and restaurants and the community. It was very nice very clean beautiful spot. The only downfall was the check-in. I’m old school and you have to do this lockbox thing and we weren’t used to that but other than that the Jacuzzi was really hot, but it didn’t bubble it just shot out hot water from the jets which really wasn’t what I wanted so the Jacuzzi could’ve been better and the biggest complaint was there is no freaking ice machine on the property we stayed at I’ve never heard of a hotel that didn’t have an ice machine! The room was very nice. We got a king size bed. The bathroom was so tiny and there was no room for a woman to put her makeup on in other words there was no vanity area or shelving other than that it was wonderful."

We’ve been staying at Gulfview for over 10 years in many different units and this one being our favorite. Clean, comfortable, great communication from host and comes with all the amenities from home. You’re beach front and have a heated pool, what more can you ask for? Thanks we’ll be back!"
