“No AC, loud noises from street (lots of motorcycles), loud music from lobby (karaoke machine?), bed with no blanket (only top sheet), and bathroom out of TP and paper towels. However, hotel staff were super friendly and helpful and responded quickly to any inquiries. Decent storage in room closet. Area is secure (garage door and front door locked at night). Had a private room for 4 and it did the trick for a 1 night stay before early flight but otherwise would be rough. ”

“This was a very nice, clean, and quaint place. If you ate going to be around the University of Costa Rica and lots of bars and clubs not far away, this is a good choice.”

“I have to give it 5 stars. The apartment is located in a quiet and relatively safe area . It comes with literally everything you would need and its close to local restaurants and supermarkets. Id book this one again if im ever in costa rica. The host made the entire process easy . They answered all my questions and assisted with everything from local information to helping me get a driver to and from the airport.”

“The room was very clean and the staff was helpful, but the furniture has seen a better day and the refrigerator even had rust on the door. The safe was broken and you had to go to the front desk to get a hair dryer. And there was a gap under the door which allowed all the hallway noise to come in. IN addition, there's no sign on the outside of the building and the entrance is behind a iron gate so I was not sure I was at the right building, but I rung the bell anyway and luckily it was the……

“The place was pretty misleading....for one there was a car in the living room....a legit car, and the bathroom was in a whole other area that was basically in the garage....and the host had complete access to... meaning that if you wanted to use the bathroom in the middle of the night you had to get completely dressed and to take a shower you have to get fully dried off and dress in the super small shower...and to get in and out there's 3 locks with 3 different keys...like a padlock on the……
