「This house is located far enough away to not be in the downtown city. The nights and mornings were quiet. Yet close enough to get to the volcano and the beach. (Note everything takes an hour or more to get to) The family enjoyed the stay. The house layout is excellent. The refrigerator, oven, stove are excellent. Important if you like to cook like we do. 「The house is old and needs lots of up keep. Walls are cracked and flaking. No hot water to bathroom sinks and maintaining a constant water temperature in the shower is impossible. There is no hot tub, the reference is to a bathtub, a language problem. Also, lighting in the bathroom is very bad. Push on lights were placed over the stove to give better light there as the kitchen is also dark. Walking into town takes about 10 mins and is an easy and nice walk. People very friendly. 「Everything about this property and the host was beyond my expectations. Yes the photos that are posted are beautiful but they don’t come close to showing you how truly magnificent her property and the land around it is. We plan to go back later this year again and stay. I could have stood on that balcony all day looking out into that valley below.」

「Fresh free Tico breakfast, complimentary evening snacks in the lobby, staff very nice, good amount of supplies to purchase. Property had laundry (washer/dryer). Our room as booked had a kitchenette. Everything was clean. Zero complaints. 」
