“I was not able to sleep in the unit either night I rented it because I couldn't get through the gate to get to my unit. I've stayed at this property numerous times before with no problems. There has always been a guard at the gate to let me in. The guard now leaves at 10:30 which the host failed to let us know. The host told me after my first night that the code to the gate was in a "book" in the unit. Why didn't she send me the code to begin with. The second night the code to get in to……
