“Loved our stay here, beautiful view of the ocean and it was like a luxury condo in the middle of the jungle. A short ride into the town made it easy to enjoy the local vibe. My only suggestion would be to buy a new hot water (heater for coffee press) because the one there shuts off constantly (early) because the water has a lot of calcium in it and I'd like at least 2 cups (sipping with your morning wake up dip). All told this is a place you can really enjoy. ”

“This a was true 5 star 4 week vacation. My hosts, Peter and Rocio became our friends are the finest people you will be your pleasure to meet. The property has the finest Mountain View of the Pacific Ocean. The sunrises are postcard perfect. Schools of fish can be seen from the vast view from the detached veranda. I observed whales on several occasions breaching the water. The lush tropical forest is full of howler monkeys, koati, iguana, lizards, and white faced monkeys. The Boho Cottage is……

“VRBO search led us to this spectacular-view property. Listed tips: ---*extremely* glad we had a 4WD vehicle, lots of unpaved/hole- and trench-laden roads. ---Specific arrival directions were not sent until our arrival day, so access was limited while traveling; we found them after arrival. ---Montezuma itself is a very small town with a few restaurants, Mini-supers and B&B/hostels, mostly surfers and some locals; we would hesitate to drive in there after dark (which happens at around 6:00 pm)……
