"Checking into the property was simple and good instructions were given. The property itself was great. It was spacious, had great amenities like a projector, a spacious bathroom, and even laundry in the apartment. One huge issue we (and our neighbors as well) had was that the advertised hot tub was empty and couldn't be used. This is a huge issue and false advertising that should be addressed by VRBO. The automated messages from the host made it seem like the hot tub was available and working....

"The A/C was not functioning for the duration of our stay and despite reaching out to the owner on vrbo as well as by WhatsApp, the issue was not addressed. In addition, the patio did not have any furniture, so we were sitting on the tile floor to get fresh air given the cooling issues inside. Would not recommend staying at this condo for any length of time. "

There is a well-manicured nature walk within the property that we took advantage of almost every day. Great place to experience sites and sounds of nature. 6.8 out of 10, (3 reviews)
"I think the place has great potential, the view is great, has great access and location. A bit breezy, but I liked that. A couple appliances did not work (Stove and coffee maker), probably not reported to the manager, as I mentioned it to a employee and a maintenance company was there promptly the next morning. The kitchen is nice, although sparcely outfitted. The bedroom would be a lot nicer with a dresser and a place to hang clothes. Wifi was good. The bathroom felt more like a laundry room...

"Noah’s Forest was an amazing place to stay! The staff was very helpful and friendly. The property was beautiful. I especially enjoyed the Sloth tour given by Jeisson. If I go back to La Fortuna, I would stay there again."
