Perfect house

Villa Antigua

We liked the Villa Antigua very much! The home is beautiful. The accommodations were perfect. The home is centrally located giving easy access to Cape Coral and surrounding attractions. We enjoyed working with Andreas and Mandy of CCVR during our stay.

Perfekter Urlaub mit perfektem Service

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub bei Ihnen in der Villa Antigua. Wir haben alle, das heisst, 5 Personen unseren Urlaub sehr genossen, mit allen Vorzügen. Auch Ihre Kollegin Mandy vom Property Management war sehr nett und kompetent. Wir werden es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

2022 Family Getaway

Villa Antiqua is a beautiful property with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Our party included 4 adults, one child-age 6 and our two dogs. Everyone had a wonderful time, especially our granddaughter, who loved the pool. We arrived very late at night and found lots of lights on so we could see our way around the home. The extra welcoming gifts were appreciated and very thoughtful. The property managers are sincerely concerned that you have a great stay and offer to help in any way. We will be returning in the future if we can find a date when the property is available.

Quiet other than when the landscapers were working. House was clean. Only issues is the pool could have been a little cleaner and it was warm in the house because the temperature could not be below 75.

Best Cape Coral Property

This was easily the newest, cleanest and most impressive property we have stayed at in our 6 years of renting in Cape Coral. Mandy made check in very easy, answered all our questions and started the pool heater on the spot. She was always accessible with a quick phone call. New appliances, new furniture, very well maintained property. Lots of natural light throughout. All instructions we needed were provided in writing. Very quiet neighborhood, we walked every day, close to shopping, restaurants, beach and Cape Harbor marina. Several family and friends who visited us could not believe how nice this property is kept. Heated pool is well maintained, plenty of linens, towels and cooking utensils. We ate every meal on the enclosed and shaded back patio. Back yard was perfect for our little dog. We would have extended our stay if the house was available. Tanks Mandy for a great vacation. Can't wait to go back... Dan M

Perfect house

Spent two wonderful weeks in the house in December 2020. Listing and pictures were accurate representation of property. Quiet street in neighborhood that has suburban feel. Helpful and attentive management. Pool was heated and cleaned regularly. Comfortable beds. Enough room for the four of us to spread out. Good internet connection. Kids loved the pool. Screened in area was nice for dog to be off leash plus no bugs in the screened in area. Would stay here again and would recommend to families with kids.

Great home!

This house was awesome! If your looking for a house near Estero, Sanibel island, or Naples it’s about a 45 minute drive. If your looking to stay local, this is a great home! Loved swimming with my family in the pool, and there was plenty of room for all of us!
