Enjoy beautiful SW Florida in this Amazing Pool and Spa home! The minor roof and lanai damage received during Hurricane Ian has been fully repaired. This home offers Direct boat access to the Gulf of Mexico with no bridges and includes a deep water boat slip. All boats, including sailboats, are welcome and less than 15 minutes to the river. This tastefully decorated 3 Bedroom 2 Bath home on the water truly has it all. Enjoy the gorgeous saltwater heated pool and spa overlooking the water that are yours when you are done boating, beach combing, or exploring for the day. Beaches are just 25-30 minutes away. Forget about how cold it is back home. Entertain your guests on the over-sized, gorgeously paved, screened-in lanai. You will not be disappointed. Watch sunrises from the dock. This home has a King size bed in the master and a queen bed in both guest rooms; plenty of room for the family! Washer and dryer in the residence (not in the garage) makes life that much easier. With a spacious kitchen and a gorgeous dining set that seats six, this home is perfect for showing off your entertaining skills. Sit back, relax by the pool and have the best vacation ever!

Beautiful home with amazing pool

My best friend and I rented the house for a girls getaway. The house is beautiful and the cleanliness is top notch. The pool and spa were amazing and so relaxing. We spent hours each day in the pool. The neighborhood was also amazing. We loved being in the pool and looking at the view of the canal. We will book this home again if we come back to the area. We were sad to leave. Girls Get Away

Was a Great place for Girls Weekend. Pool and spa were used alot. The house gad everything that you would ever need well stocked with pool toys floaties towels ect. Beds very comfortable. Excellent property

Wonderful Florida home. It is basically sound proof from outside noises. A neighbor was having their roof replaced and I could not tell until I stepped out front to go to the store. The check in was so much better than any other property we have stayed at and we have stayed at several in Cape Coral. The property was extremely organized. There was even soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and many other items to make your stay comfortable. Loved the pool.

This house is in a great location. Every store and restaurant near you! The house is set up great up. Pool and hot tub is where you will spend all of your time! The canal is great for fishing off their dock. House has everything you need and then some! We will be back next year!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The kitchen was well appointed and everything was as advertised. The beds were comfy and the bedding was perfect. I might have shed a tear upon leaving the wonderful shower in the guest bath! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub very much.

We are a family of 4 with two teenagers. We loved our stay here, pool was perfect as well as location. Was able to catch some fish from the dock. Loved that all the equipment you would ever need was here and also was able to use the garage for our rental car. Would recommend to anyone.

Very wonder stay with all the necessary amenities.

We stayed for in Florida to celebrate Thanksgiving with family. The house was perfect for hosting. We ate turkey pool side and our daughter caught her first fish using the supplies available to us. We woke up early to ride bikes and drink coffee. The house was clean and spacious! My father and mother loved the property it was hard getting them to leave. We had an absolute blast!
