Spring Break

This house was perfect for a week of fun in the sun! The lanai was spacious and the pool was perfect for kids and adults to enjoy! The location was great for taking our boat out to the ocean! We had an amazing time here and would definitely stay again!!

Beautiful house and great value!

We had a group of seven and this house was perfect. Very spacious inside and the screened in pool, jacuzzi and barbecue area is awesome. We had everything we needed!

HORRIBLE house issues and property management company,

We had several severe issues that were never addressed by the property management company. Issues that included a non working washing machine, dishwasher and possible black mold in the kitchen. I called, emailed, etc and our issues were never taken care of during our stay. I sent a letter to property management company requesting a partial refund for our stay due to all the non-working appliances and they did not respond. Ironically there motto is Focused, Responsive and Simple. Would not recommend staying at this property at all.

Good, but could be better

The home is clean and in a great location. Sunrises and sunsets are amazing to enjoy on the lanai. We fought the pool and hot tub not maintaining temp. Either the spa was much too warm or luke warm. We figured out how to manage it after about day 3. Not a deal breaker, it was still lovely to have for the week. The toaster was broken, coffee pot was broke (there was a super cheap back up one we used that was available), and other amenities like the bikes and fishing poles were broke and became not an amenity. Given 1 garbage bag for the week, no dish soap (maybe forgotten as we did get a kitchen sponge), no extra toilet paper. Beach towels were plenty and so were towels. That was great. Overall, the stay was good, just could have been much better had the things advertised to be there would work, and had they provided simple things like garbage bags.

Besides a couple of things (no garbage bags, no tea pot (though it was delivered later) ), we enjoyed our stay. Nice property, pool , convenient location.

The place was very nice and extremely clean. We were happy with the house and pool area. When we did have a problem with the spa the manager came and fixed it immediately. Very nice stay!

Mayfair Villa 2020

Beautiful home in a safe neighborhood! Only about a 10-15minute drive to Sanibel Island. Had all the needed amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc. only problem was ants in the house, but is somewhat expected in Florida. Overall the house, pool and hot tub were fantastic!

Beyond our expectations

The house was beyond our expectations. It was beautiful and clean. The location was perfect. There was a minor issue with pool and hot tub, but after calling management, they came and fixed it promptly, walking my husband through the issue. We will definitely be booking another stay at this home.

Awesome Vacation

There were 7 of us and we had a great time and made some great memories. The rental company was great. Answered any questions we had in a very quick manor. The house was spacious and clean. A few negatives are no pantry, black ants throughout the inside and outside. There were two closets that were locked which was odd. The garbage can in the kitchen was way to small. All in all we had a great time and would recommend and would stay again.

Absolutely wonderful!

The home was beautiful, and very nice and clean. Absolutely loved the outdoor area with the pool, spa, grill, and boat dock. Plenty to do just staying at the home, but also close to some gorgeous beaches and lovely restaurants. Overall one of our best vacations. Only wished we lived closer!

Great location for a memorable family vacation!!

Our family had an amazing time here. The house is clean and beautiful. Between swimming, fishing, biking, walking, jogging, grilling out and relaxing we had little need to leave the property.

This house was perfect. It is in the perfect location, it had everything there already that we needed and the house was absolutely beautiful. The outdoor kitchen area was the favorite for me. It was perfect I could do everything right there outside while watching my family have a wonderful time swimming in the beautiful pool. Walking distance to the yatch club or the property even had some bicycles to ride around the neighborhood. Definitely recommend!
