Great Location

The house was as advertised and in a great location! The property manager was very helpful in dealing with minor issues we had, and timely in their response time. Highly recommend booking this property if you are traveling to Ft. Myers/Cape Coral.

Beautiful home

This home was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, hurricane Milton made us end our trip early. I would definitely stay here again.

Weekend stay for tournament

Overall this place was great! Stayed with Kids and Grandkids for softball tournament in the area. Great location. Kids (and adults) loved the arcade games, and the pool was fantastic, they were able to come relax between games in their schedule. Plenty of space for 9 of us to relax and not be crammed together or on top of each other. Plenty of good food options nearby and grocery stores, etc; Rooms and beds were very comfortable, nice roomy kitchen, living and dining area nice as well.

Great house with a lot of great amenities. Comfortable beds, plenty of cooking supplies, great pool and grill. Only draw back was lack of beach chairs and cooler.

Love the house layout and location. Check in was simple. We weren’t there long but enjoyed ourselves. Would have been nice to have propane in the grill. We were unable to find supply of garbage bags. Would love to return for a longer vacation!! Very nice

Needs a good cleaning

Needs a GOOD cleaning. Needs more towels. Not enough seating in Living room unless you sit in the chairs at the bar. No one wants to sit in them for a long period of time. A lot of wasted space. Could do more with the space to make it more usable for families. Pool was nice. We paid to have it heated but was still really cold. Needs a few updates but It worked for us.

Cape Coral Stay

Overall, it's a nice property, but I don't know If I'd stay there again. It would depend on the size of the party .The master bedroom and rear bedroom with the double bed, one was able to watch tv in bed. However, the rear bedroom with the single bed, you were not able to watch TV. I rely heavily on watching tv in order to fall asleep, and regrettably for me, I was unable to do that. I reached out to the the number and email I was given and to make a long story short I was never able to watch Tv and no resolution was provided. Not all TV are smart TV's. The rear bedroom with the twin beds, you are unable to use the closet to store anything as the bed is shoved against the closet door. Very inconvenient. We were unable to use the oven, as it is really dirty and the fans were full of dust. As for the pros, the linen were very clean, the kitchen, but for the oven, was clean as was the rest of the house. Our pool was heated, and it was heavenly, The house is centrally located as far as groceries, shops , etc.

Definitely livable! Area is quiet, close to everything, tons of space! Pool wasnt heated but they came to fix that, arcade games were a fun bonus! Wasnt a fan that there was no light at the entrance of home so getting in at night was hard, master bed room light didnt work, ceiling fan did but that was unusuablly LOUD, there are plenty of other working lights in bedroom! All in all its a enjoyable spot but could be maintained a tad better!

The house and property were highly neglected. Also, there is no actual boat access to the house. The canal is dammed. I asked prior to booking multiple questions and was led to believe we could keep our boat in the water. Provided owner with very long list of items needing attention (ie oven seal hanging, dishwasher top rack broken) and received an AI generated response "thank you we'd be happy to have you back." And the pool never heated up, there was warm water flowing in, but the pool remained cold. It was so miserable that we left a day.

The host was attentive for the most part however the issues were that the house was not left clean when we arrived and lots of bugs…there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher along with dirty laundry in the washing machine. Doesn't appear that the house was cleaned before our visit. We took pictures of spider webs in bedrooms and the top of the fridge was disgusting. We were pretty uncomfortable staying in the house. One of the guys with us even opted not to stay in the house and went and got a hotel room instead. There were roaches all over the kitchen to the point that we must have killed 20-30 and then started catching them and placing them in a glass container to show the host how many there actually were. The house could be a nice place to stay however it really needs a deep clean and a lot of simple repairs.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience staying at this vacation home.Highlighted areas include the pool, fishing from the canal in the backyard,and a great central location to visit most of Florida.We did enjoy the open floor planAreas that could be improved to one, this was not a Verbo if you enjoy cooking. Cooking supplies were extremely limited and what was there was extremely damaged or missing altogether. There was only one fork in the entire house. Many of the light bulbs were burned out.We would do this Vacation home again in the future. We would just plan accordingly.
