✅ Pool heating fee is $50 total for reservations of 3 nights or less

✅ For reservations longer than 3 nights, pool heating is $50 + $10 per additional night after the 3rd night

✅ Please request pool heat 24–48 hours before arrival so the water has time to warm



✅ Dogs are welcome (any size)

✅ No cats

✅ Pet fee is $50 per pet



✅ This is a pool + canal-view home — please supervise children near water at all times

✅ Professionally cleaned between stays

✅ Guest waiver & agreement required prior to arrival
