    Conveniently located just one block from downtown Cape Coral, this 2 bed/2bathroom side of a duplex is welcoming to those looking to be close to amenities while having the luxury of letting your dog and child play in the backyard.

    Within 1 mile of Cuban Coffee, groceries, Four Freedoms Park near Bikini Bay and even Rusty’s Raw Bar& Grill. Take a 5 minute drive to the Cape Coral Yacht Club with swimming area into Caloosahatchee River. Sofabed in living room with extra space in Lanai for storage. Unlike condos, you can avoid having to carry those heavy suitcases and bags of groceries up any stairs.
