I rented this property for six weeks and was very disappointed. When we checked in we found an extremely filthy home. I can’t even believe this house was even inspected prior to us getting there. Dog hair was everywhere inside the house and outside in the lania. Pool was dirty with so much dog hair in it. Dust was crawling over the sides of the tops of the kitchen cabinets, light fixtures and fans. The sofas were not only covered with dog hair, they are worn out and very uncomfortable. The house definitely needs some attention as it is run down. Beds were okay. Kitchen could have been stocked better with pans, utensils and kitchen items for cooking meals. Garage was also dirty with dead bugs all over the floor. Sprinkler was spraying the front door and this must have been happening for a while because the door handles were pitted from the water. Overgrown landscaping and weeds growing in the pavers in both the driveway and the lania area. We contacted Roelens immediately and asked for a refund or to be moved to another property. Both of which they declined. They did however send housekeeping over and I was able to direct them on what I wanted cleaned. I also asked them to have the furniture steamed cleaned which they did but I still threw clean blankets over the couches to sit on it. A landscaper came and someone came to clean all the dog hair out of the pool. Sprinkler was also fixed. All of these items should have already been taken care of prior to us renting,
