February getaway

We enjoyed our stay for the month of February. It was a nice home to stay at but could use some TLC. I think they need to have a checklist to make sure things are working properly. Had to have someone come and fix 2 of the non working TV’s. They respond quickly and fixed the problem. Dining are light and fan need to be fixed. Someone had to come and fix the wash machine. That problem should have been noticed by the cleaning crew that were there the day we got there. Just an FYI if you’re looking for pool toys when you get there. all that is there are the 2 pool noodles we left. The picture of the pool showed multiple pool toys, nope, there were none. Would I stay here again? Not sure.

The property was not ready. Refrigerator didn't work. Dryer not plugged in. TV and internet did not receive anything. Pool murky. Pool screens mostly missing. I refused to stay there and they said they would give me my money back.

RED ANTS

BE AWARE. Beautiful property. Sadly, prepping food or eating food is impossible at this property. Once food is smelled by RED ANTS, droves of them come into the kitchen, dining room, and even the master bathroom. I contacted Monica and Cathlin (property managers) OVER 10 TIMES, and promises were made, but nothing was actually solved. There is expensive cleaning fee included in the rental package even though the home is clearly not taken care of. I had to throw out a large amount of food (which was promised to be reimbursed by the rental company) because I started taking my family out to dinner because eating in the house was disgusting. If I was the owner of this beautiful home, I would change property management companies immediately.

We had a great stay here with the family. The house was beautiful and very clean. Great communication with management. They left a nice welcome basket and the house was well stocked to host us. We would stay again for sure.

Overall a great property. We highly enjoyed our stay. The pool was heated and a great place to relax and have fun. We had a small cleaning issue, however was quickly rectified by one of the owners. We would stay here again.

Excellent home for a Florida vacation!

Best VRBO we’ve stayed in! Beautiful home with pool on canal. Close enough to Fort Myers and Sanibel to enjoy the beaches but nice peaceful place to get away from busyness of beach. Will definitely be staying in this house again!

What a wonderful holiday

The place was like a little piece of heaven. The perfeft get away with all the amenities. Only compliant was the ants but hey your in Florida and ants are sorta of thing there. Just don't leave yoir doughnuts out...lol.. All in all the place was perfect
