Primed for family comfort, the vacation rental features an accessible, single-level floor plan that comes appointed will the modern comforts of home including a full kitchen, central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. Indulge in endless sun-soaked leisure around the pool or launch one of the provided kayaks right from the backyard to explore the neighborhood waterways. The covered lanai offers a breezy spot to kick back with a cold beverage or alfresco meals cooked up on the gas grill. The home's convenient location on the north side of town leaves you just a few minutes from the Old Florida fishing communities of Matlacha and Pine Island. Fort Myers Beach is only 16 miles away.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
