Spring Break 2025

We really enjoyed our stay at this property for our spring break trip this year. The pool was the main reason we booked this home and our kids enjoyed playing in it for hours! The property itself is very luxurious and clean. They also had beach chairs and an umbrella for a day trip to the beach.

Fantastic Stay!

Our family stayed at this lovely home on the canal over the Thanksgiving holiday. The home is absolutely beautiful! Very clean, wonderful amenities and well stocked with most everything you could need. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, grill area and patio. The home is in close proximity to Pine Island where we rented a boat for the day and enjoyed a waterfront restaurant. We made day trips to Fort Myers and Sanibel, both also close. Thank you for the amazing stay!

Perfect family home

This home is incredible! Beautiful house and awesome pool and outdoor area that is even nicer than the pictures. Easy check in process, all the amenities, beautiful view over canal, house was spotless clean and had everything you need. We will be back! Close to beaches too!

Best VRBO we have ever rented!

The house and outdoor area of this home was absoutely amazing. Pool and hot tub were perfect, heated up very quickly -- we spent the most time enjoying the outdoor space! Close to many activities and great restaurants in Fort Myers. Very nice location -- clean and friendly neighborhood and we felt safe walking/running on local streets for our morning work-outs. Work out room in the garage was fantastic as well! We travel 2 - 3 times a year and always stay in VRBOs - this house was well managed, stocked and our favorite!

Beautiful Home

Beautiful home with lovely amenities. Bedroom configurations more suited for younger families with smaller children. Pool and spa right outside your door was just what a North Easterner wanted when vacationing in February.

Mostly good experience

The house was beautiful and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. We had an overall good experience. Only complaint was that the floors were not swept/vacuumed, mirrors were all smudged, and sinks were not cleaned upon arrival. Almost looked like the cleaners just redid the beds and folded the towels.

Amazing house

This house was truly amazing!! Kids loved the pool, adults enjoyed the hot tub! The patio was truly a vacation on its own. The house was clean and very well furnished with anything you can need for the kitchen, grill. There was an issue with opening the patio sliding door, but help was sent in a reasonable time. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you! Would definitely recommend!

Modern lux house, perfect for a getaway

Brand new construction, well thought-out layout and design. Fully stocked kitchen. Everything you’d need for a day lounging by the pool or all the supplies needed for a trip to the beach. Location is convenient to a few restaurants and grocery stores. Easy drive to southern Cape Coral. Management was responsive to questions.

The home lived up to all the details shown online. Exactly as pictured. The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was a pleasure to cook in. It was extremely well stocked with every possible cooking utensil!____We had a small issue with the ice maker upon arrival which was dealt with immediately- super responsive management company.____The pool and hot tub were exceptional - super clean water and water was warm. Hot tub heats up quickly upon request. Grill and outdoor kitchen are great!

Unforgettable Trip

This house is absolutely gorgeous! You will never want to leave. I personally think it’s even better than pictures! The house is stocked with everything you need and more. They even had an air fryer! The pool and spa are amazing. We didn’t have the best weather but we spent the majority of our trip in the heated pool and spa. They had beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler on wheels, sand toys, pool toys and family games to play. None us wanted to leave this house. If you are looking to rent a beautiful home with an exceptional layout, I highly recommend this one!
