Great stay! Clean and beautiful property. Perfect for our honeymoon. The pool heater was great for cooler nights and we had no issues with it. Overall a wonderful stay and we did not see a single bug (we are not bug lovers so it was very relieving lol). Thank you!!

Great getaway

This house was very clean and well maintained and appointed. The location on the canal was great for some dock fishing. The sunsets were beautiful. We had a fun few days, thank you.

Short vacation in the Northwest Cape

Great place and beautiful house. We spent lots of our time in the pool which overlooks a wide part of the canal. Great neighborhood, people wave to you driving down the block. Place had amenities to use bikes and kayaking unfortunately we didn’t have time to use. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

Awesome

The place was phenomenal. The beauty was breath-taking, awesome, awesome home, very nice hot tub pool. We have so much fun and it's right on the canal and we can watch boats go by people. Partying out of the water. It was awesome.

Quiet getaway

The house was well furnished and as described. The living area had a large couch with a large TV which was good for watching sports.It is located at the end of a street on a Northwest facing corner lot with a wide open water canal behind it. There was privacy from your neighbors next to you and the long distance across the canal.It had a heated swimming pool and jacuzzi. However, the pool took forever to warm up and we never ended up using it because it didn't get warm enough to use but that was probably because it was December when we stayed and the daytime highs were in the mid-70s. We spent most of our time in the jacuzzi which warmed up quickly. The outside pool area only got sun on about half of the pool area with the other half shaded by the roof the whole day.I would stay at this house again if available, but only during warmer months where we could utilize the pool.Hosts were not responsive to e-mails through VRBO's website prior to our visit, but when I called the phone number and left a message I got a text back from them within an hour or two.

BEST SUNSETS EVER!

We had a wonderful stay, the pool and hottub were fun and a good size and the tiki hut on the dock was so relaxing, the breeze was fabulous and sunsets are insane! It was super easy to communicate with the host. Overall it was a wonderful time.

Beautiful, comfortable home and excellent pool!

The property is exactly as pictured. Gorgeous and well-maintained. Very safe, friendly, quiet neighborhood too. Property management company is one of the best I have ever dealt with -- they even will come over on your first day to show you how to operate things (how many times we have stayed in one of these rentals and can't operate the TV!) and answer questions. The pool was amazing! Very prompt response to questions and minor maintenance requests. I highly recommend. Place was spotlessless also.

Great property, would recommend. We arrived after a heavy thunderstorm and the swimming pool was full of bugs but dealt with promptly after letting the property manager know. Some of the online documents contradict paper copies left at the house (air con controls, pool and spa etc) but nothing too difficult to work out.

Das Haus bietet allen Comfort, der einen USA-Aufenthalt perfekt macht. Bei Problemchen war der Gastgeber immer umgehend hilfsbereit. Auch wenn der eine oder andere Artikel mal erneut werden müsste, war es ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt.
