It was a great house to stay in, lot of space.

Very good! Maybe the pool area could have been a bit more clean, and the sunbeds were a bit broken.

Perfect vacation home

Everything about the house was perfect, especially the backyard pool area. Plenty of room for my family of seven. House was fully stocked with everything we needed for more than a week. Property manager was very responsive and reached out several times to make sure everything was as expected. Would definitely stay again. Five stars!!!

Beautiful sunsets, beautiful house

This was the perfect house for our family holiday. It accommodated our family of 10 with ease. We especially enjoyed the heated pool, the location on the canal, the colony of burrowing owls outside our front door. Very clean and well taken care of. The rental team even put up a beautiful, lighted Christmas tree to greet us on arrival. Such a thoughtful touch. Thank you. We would definitely rent here again.

Great stay

We had a great time at this property. Close to Publix, Walgreens and CVS. Beautiful sunsets well lounging at the pool. The only small recommendation I would say, is they need a better AC unit or multiple AC units. The heat in Florida is ridiculous and the house does not cool as fast as one would think but being a Florida I knew, this was an issue everywhere. All in all it was a great house. Great stay and I definitely come back again.

Beautiful view

We loved the house and the view, it was as we had hoped. The only issue was that the pool pump went out and we waited for 7 days for it to be fixed. The pool was freezing to get into with the cool nights and I felt the communication could have been much better. If I didn’t call I didn’t hear anything. Such a beautiful home and view of the canal was definitely a redeeming force. I’m sure this only happens rarely, just our bad fortune.

Good stay, but could have been excellent

The house is wonderful with a very nice pool that kids and adults loved a lot. A few cons related to the accuracy of the necessary checklist when releasing the property to a new guest: - handle in the toilet of master bedroom, was missing (needed the lid to be openes for flushing, every time) - holder of toilet paper in second bathroom fell to the floor on the very first day - refrigerator was "queeking" all the time, and ice maker and water dispenser did not work Handle was replaced on the third day. Holder on the same day, but fell again on the same day. Property manager delivered two bags of ice If we wouldn´t experienced these difficulties, our stay would have been rated as "excellent". But these issues do not correspond to my previous experiences with VRBO

GREAT LOCATION

Had a lovely stay at Villa Picturesque! The house had all you needed to enjoy your stay and Monica (property manager) went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again at this home!

Perfect Family Getaway

This home is even better than described - it was spotless, spacious, and well appointed. We had a peaceful Labor Day weekend enjoying the pool and fishing off the dock. This home is perfect for relaxing and making lasting family memories.

Great Memories

Family vacation

The name says it all - this is a beautiful home with a breathtaking view of the canals and sunset. The accomodations were perfect for our party of 9 as we had plenty of towels, cookware, plates/glasses, etc. The extra refrigerator in the garage was a pleasant surprise. We really enjoyed the pool, outdoor dining area and poolside bathroom. We are hoping to grab this property again next year.

Lots of Problems

Our first impression walking in to the property was beautiful home and amazing view! Our attention quickly turned to the extremely loud squeaking noise coming from the refrigerator. We immediately called the property manager and asked that someone come out to look at it. This was on a Tuesday and we were booked for 7 days. The squeaking noise was so disruptive that we had difficulty sleeping..you could hear it clearly through closed doors. Over the next few days we encountered other problems. A broken light fixture in the kitchen hanging sideways and ready to fall..a leak in the pool resulted in losing several inches of water causing the pump to suck air. Over the course of our stay we placed many calls and texts and honestly the pm could have been more responsive. We often didn’t know if and when anyone was coming to the home to fix the issues. Long story short, as I am limited to 1500 characters..Weds repairman came out to take the fridge serial #..said he would be back next day. Thurs light fixture removed (the guy who came out said “what is that noise? I’ve only been here a couple of mins and it’s driving me crazy”) no show fridge repairman. Fri pool leak repaired and two guys came out to fix the fridge. We thought the problem was solved only to wake Sat morning to a warm fridge and freezer. We lost scallops that were frozen and had to buy bags of ice to try and save our perishable food. Fridge fixed Sat. So we only had two trouble free days out of our stay

La maison manque beaucoup d’amour. Nous avons été déçu de l’état de la maison et de la propreté de la maison. Ménage fait très sommairement (cheveux dans la salle de bain, armoires de cuisine sales, fond de la piscine pas nettoyé)Nous avons eu beaucoup de problème durant nos 18 nuits passés dans cette maison. Le micro-onde a cassé, impossible de prendre plus de 2 douches chaude, pour une maison de 10 personnes c’est inconcevable.La cuisine extérieure est tout simplement non fonctionnelle.Le lave vaisselle coulait, le broyeur nous a lâché avec tout son contenu… degeulasse!! La piscine coulait, nous devions mettre de l’eau à chaque jour. Nous avons du se déplacer à l’agence en personne pour aller régler nos insatisfactions. Une fois à l’agence de Roelens nous avons rencontrer une gentille femme qui a su écouter et régler quelques problème. L’agence donne un très bon service, ils ont de belles maisons en locations mais cette maison n’était pas à la hauteur, le propriétaire doit faire de gros travaux. Beautiful home in a great neighborhood and canal

We really enjoyed our stay! This was a beautiful home in the Cape Harbor neighborhood on a very serene canal. We really enjoyed coffee and sitting on the dock watching the fish fly through the air. Close to the harbor restaurants and Publix. The only thing needed was pool/beach towels otherwise it had everything you needed to enjoy your stay.

Beds were old and very uncomfortable. Bedding looked like it hadn't been washed in a while. The pool was beautiful, the house was OK but not as clean as we would expect for the price.

Family visit was the reason for renting this house, and it was perfect!

We had a great time and enjoyed being located near so many things to do. The house was very nice and had everything we needed. Thank you! Location was fantastic - nice neighborhood - kid's biked to Publix daily and walked around and felt safe. We would stay here again without hesitation.Pool area was our favorite!!

Really nice location!!

Loved the location and house. Only down fall for us was that we were a family of 5 and only 4 bikes available and one had a flat tire. There was a lot of beach stuff which was so helpful. Would definitely rent again and again!
