  • Beautiful Vacation Villa -- perfect for a relaxing getaway and at an affordable nightly rate! This villa has gone through a HUGE renovation/remodel and now ready for guests!! With our guests in mind, we have furnished it with comfortable, fine furnishings, top of the line stainless steel appliances, new lighting fixtures, fresh new paint inside and out, new floors & carpeting with newly decorated interior!!!!!! Large screen TV's in almost every room.....
    Villa 'Palm Paradise' is located in a wonderful, quiet & safe neighborhood and sits at the end of a beautiful freshwater canal that connects to Shamrock Lake, perfect for boating, jet-ski's, kayaking or fishing or watching the wonderful sunsets! Surrounding the villa are a variety of lush Palms that give it that true tropical feel of 'paradise'. Bring the outdoors in with Full-OPEN sliders giving access to the splendor of the lanai where you can soak up the sun, take a plunge in the sparkling pool or relax in the cool shade --The best of all worlds! There are 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 full baths, a formal living and dining room, large open kitchen, breakfast nook and great room with a 80" flat panel HDTV for an awesome entertainment area! Over 2000 square feet of enjoyment! This is a beautiful property and well maintained and decorated. The pool and covered patio area was the best. Fantastic views of the sunset and canal. We will definitely consider on staying here in the future.

Wonderful location with great sunset views. Our grandkids visited and loved the pool. Some minor maintenance issues (light bulbs out, etc.) but we'll be back again!

Perfect Set Up

This was the perfect choice for our family vacation. The house was very nice and beautifully located on the end of a canal, which made for gorgeous sunsets. The kids spent every hour at the house in the pool. I would definitely book again.

Nicely located at the end of the canal offering privacy and a tranquil view. The house has a great layout, very spacious. Plenty of extra blankets, sheets and towels.

We enjoyed our stay

Management was very quick to get in touch with us when we had a problem with garbage disposal and dishwasher. They sent prompt attention to it. Loved the location, beautiful view. It was close to many different areas, stores, beaches. Worked out very well.

Amazing Time

We loved everything about the house, it was decorated so beautifully. Spent all our extra time at the pool which was very clean. Location was great right at the end of the canal. We were very pleased with the house, will definitely do this again.

Property was clean, great neighborhood, beautiful view. No hot tub as listed, but minor oversight, looks like there used to be one. Loved that there was a pile of towels to use!

True hidden gem!!💎

Loved everything about our stay! This home Is a must stay with a family or group of people. Everything was exactly as the photos and descriptions showed online. Pool was VERY clean and well maintained and the views from the canal at sunset are breathtaking. The home owner, Greg, was very fast and friendly getting back to us when we were communicating. It truly has everything you need for a wonderful Florida vacation. We will definitely try to book again in the future.

Family Trip

Family of four. House was perfect for us. We wish we could live there. Loved sitting by the pool although it was a bit chilly. We were a little farther away from the things we wanted to do than we would have liked because of traffic and stop lights though. Master bedroom bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was so big and nice!

Hurricane Milton Evacuation

We were evacuated from zone A so decided to stay here. The place was filthy when we arrived but we didn’t really care cuz we were just staying due to possibility that our house could flood. The patio has lots of mold and mildew so glad we didn’t go for vacation. Neighbors were very friendly. Point of contact was great and very responsive and agreed to refund cleaning fee but we have not seen that yet.
