Family Vacation

Excellent place to stay for a family vacation. Kids loved the pool and the house had plenty of room for all us. Great location and easy to get around from the home to other areas of Cape Coral and Fort Meyers. Only downside was that we never heard from the vacation property manager to see how things were going. Not a deal breaker.

Online pictures were exactly what we got. Updated kitchen was fantastic. Neighborhood was super quiet, and all houses maintained beautifully. Master shower did back up and flood bathroom and some of bedroom, we cleaned up. Not what we expected we had to do. Thanks for the house!!!

July COVID get away

We needed to escape our home after quarantining for a few months, and a house with a pool and a boat dock near the ocean was a great fit for us. The home was in very good shape and very clean. I would say that it was definitely as advertised. We were surprised happily that there was a barrier in front of the pool so that we didn’t have to worry about our children falling in or sneaking in without us knowing. The dock area was well appointed, and we enjoyed the use of the kayaks. The boatlift is rusty, but did handle the boat we rented without any issues. The only thing that didn’t go as we expected was that we did not have a call from the property management company that we were expecting. However it was OK, we didn’t need anything. Would definitely recommend to a family for a wonderful vacation from their normal reality.
